Australian Business Survey January 2009 - Australian Industry Group (AIG) Australian Business Survey (January 2009) The results of the Australian Business and the Global Economic and Financial Crisis Survey are based on a total of around 300 companies in the manufacturing (48%), services (39%) and construction (13%) sectors. Companies were asked a range of questions concerning the impact of recent volatility in global and Australian financial markets on their business' operations and finances.
